BEFORE YOU SUBMIT
Submitting this form begins a review process — it does not guarantee approval.
Please read carefully:
This form is for one-time events only (no recurring programming).
All events are mandatory ticketed.
All tickets are sold exclusively through safariiiCAMP’s website.
safariiiCAMP retains 50% of net profits.
A $100 refundable security deposit is required upon approval.
Events must be scheduled at least 6 weeks in advance.
2 weeks for logistics + resident coordination
4 weeks for marketing
We accept a maximum of 3 resident-hosted events per month (in addition to safariiiCAMP’s monthly event).
Events must include:
At least 1 additional resident collaborator
At least 1 non-resident collaborator
